Photographed inside the Bodie Island Lighthouse looking up the steps. The lighthouse stands 156 feet tall with 214 steps leading to the lantern room. Bodie Island lighthouse was constructed in 1872 and is located on the Outer Banks of North Carolina near Nags Head.
